What are your check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is until 11:00 AM. If your travel plans fall outside these hours, contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

How does self check-in work?

The Kodrian offers contactless self check-in, available 24/7. Before arrival we send you step-by-step instructions and a personal access code, so you can let yourself in by mobile, PIN or QR code whenever you arrive.

Can I arrange early check-in or late check-out?

Yes, subject to availability. Let us know your arrival or departure time in advance and we'll try to arrange it. Luggage storage is also available if your residence isn't ready yet.

Is there a reception or someone on-site to help?

There is no traditional front desk — that's part of the calm. During the day, a Kodrian host is on-site to welcome you, share local recommendations and help with anything that comes up. Outside those hours, our team stays reachable by phone, email or message and responds quickly to whatever you need throughout your stay.

How many residences are there, and how do they differ?

The Kodrian has eleven individually designed residences across one restored building, ranging from the intimate 15 sqm Cozy Queen to the 72 sqm Residence Suite, which occupies the entire third floor. Each has its own character, layout and outlook.

Do the residences have kitchens?

Only the Residence Suite (301) has a fully equipped kitchen, with an oven, stovetop and dining table. Every other residence has a compact kitchenette with a mini-bar fridge, coffee machine and tea & coffee facilities — ideal for coffee, tea and light refreshments.

Yes. Fast, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi — powered by Starlink — is available in every residence and throughout the building.

Every residence comes with quality linens and towels, bathrobes, single-use slippers, and a full set of toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, liquid hand soap and more). You'll also find a Smart flat-screen TV with streaming, a hairdryer, a safe deposit box, individually controlled air conditioning, complimentary Starlink Wi-Fi, and a coffee machine, kettle and refrigerator with the essentials for making coffee and tea.

Absolutely. The Family Room and Residence Suite are designed for families and groups, with connected sleeping spaces, and a high chair is available on request.

The Kodrian is at Kodrou 14, in the heart of Plaka — a quiet street tucked between Plaka and Syntagma, one of the most central yet peaceful corners of Athens.

The Acropolis is roughly a 10–12 minute walk away, along with the Ancient Agora, the Acropolis Museum and the historic streets of Plaka right on your doorstep.

How do I get there from Athens International Airport?

The metro (Line 3) runs directly from the airport to Syntagma station in about 40 minutes, a short walk from us. A taxi takes around 40 minutes and operates on a fixed airport fare (approximately €40 by day).

Is it easy to reach by metro?

Very. Syntagma station — served by Metro Lines 2 and 3 — is about a 4-minute walk away, connecting you to the airport, the port of Piraeus and the whole city.

Plaka is largely pedestrian, so there is no on-site parking. There are secure paid parking garages a short distance away, and we're happy to recommend the most convenient one for you.

We don't serve breakfast on-site, and only the Residence Suite (301) has a fully equipped kitchen — the other residences aren't set up for preparing meals. The upside: The Kodrian's location puts you just a few steps from a wonderful range of spots for breakfast, brunch and coffee, and our team is always happy to recommend the right one for you, depending on your mood and the kind of morning you're after.

Can you help arrange transfers, tours or restaurant reservations?

Yes. We love sharing our city. Just ask and we can help arrange airport transfers, guided tours, tastings or a table at one of our favourite local tavernas.

We'll always do our best to help with your luggage before check-in or after check-out, subject to availability and the circumstances of the day — though we can't guarantee it in every case. Just let us know your plans and we'll find the best solution we can.

The Kodrian isn't designed or certified as a fully accessible (disabled-access) property. That said, the two ground-floor residences have just two low steps at their entrance, and from there the spaces are essentially on a single level. All upper floors are reached by elevator, with no stairs required. Tell us about your needs before booking and we'll gladly advise on the most suitable residence for a comfortable stay.
